No, your hotel payment is separate and goes directly to the resort. You’re simply booking your own stay to enjoy the hotel. In fact, these are special discounted rates—some rooms are normally three times more per night! However, to attend the wedding, you do need a wedding pass. Only invited guests who are staying at the resort with a pass will be allowed into the private events.

No, the venue is not free. Everything wedding-related is paid for by the couple. We chose this beautiful location because we love it and believe it will be fun for everyone attending.

Yes—if done before November 15, 2025, you can transfer your booking to someone else and arrange a refund directly with them. After that date, changes or refunds may not be possible, so please confirm you can attend before booking.

To book your room, you’ll need to pay about 30% of the total cost based on the rate you receive. For example, this could be around $810 dollars, or $15,250.00 pesos, which is ~30% of your three nights booking. You’ll also need to fill out the reservation form using this link: HERE. Once that’s submitted, your price will be locked, and you’ll have until November 15th to complete your full payment. We recommend paying in advance if you’re able—it makes things easier. If you want to stay more than three nights, you’ll need to pay the full amount up front, since those reservations fall under a separate contract coordinated by the couple.

We cannot guarantee group pricing if you wait. The hotel locks in the rate only at the time you make your reservation. The earlier you book, the better your chances of securing the best rate and room availability.
While we hope prices remain stable, they can increase at any time. Even if rooms are still available later, it’s likely they’ll be offered at a higher price. If you're confident you’ll attend, we highly recommend placing the 30% deposit now to lock in your rate. You can also reach out to the wedding planners to explore possible payment plan options.
Please note: After September 15, deposits become non-refundable. If you need to cancel after that date, you’ll be responsible for finding someone to take over your reservation. Our wedding planning team is here to support you and will do their best to help find a solution so you don’t lose your deposit.

Yes! One of the benefits of our wedding is that the hotel allows you to extend your stay up to three nights before or after the event at the same rate as your original booking.

As soon as possible. While you can likely add nights closer to the event, we highly recommend contacting the wedding planner early.
The hotel will honor the group rate even if general prices go up, but availability is not guaranteed.
Because the wedding falls around Serpent Day, a popular time in the Riviera Maya, rooms will fill up quickly. If you wait too long, the only rooms available may be the most expensive—up to three times more than what we’ve secured.

Yes, this is an open hotel, and you’re welcome to bring anyone you like.

Your hotel stay includes most meals, drinks, and activities. Some premium services (like top-shelf wines or exclusive spa treatments) are extra, but they will let you know in advance.

Not at all! You can join whichever activities you like. We’ll send you a full list 1–2 months before the wedding.
